The mode of the exam would be online and the duration of the exam would be 180 minutes or three hours respectively. The total number of questions provided would be 120 and rounding off to a marked limit of 480. The marking scheme was decided in such a way where positive and negative marks would be awarded. One mark would be deducted for every incorrect answer and for every correct answer four marks would be provided. The language medium of the paper would be strictly in English and not any other. The syllabus is updated well in advance on the website.

There are a set of guidelines which are also listed out below the student information, the Dos and Don’ts. Once the application form is filled ( which is the first and foremost step), a visit to the website should be done ( kiitee.kiit.ac.in.) and then click on the link provided which would direct you to the downloading of the admit card process. After it opens, the application number and date of birth should be entered and click on ‘continue’. The pdf could be viewed and then click ‘print’, a hardcopy would be in your hands.

KIITEE Admit Card 2024 – Test Day tips

• Carry your Admit Card / Hall ticket mandatorily as you would like to provide it at the registration table.
• On the day of the test, report at the test centre a minimum of forty-five minutes before the scheduled test time.
• At the registration table, the candidates have to be compelled to get their admit card verified. Your photograph and fingerprints will be recorded at the registration table.
• After the registration, candidates are allotted a laptop range and can be directed to the test hall/computer science laboratory to require the test.
• Any electronic devices, like calculators, pagers, mobile phones. etc. square measure strictly prohibited. Candidates will carry solely a pen/pencil, hall ticket/admit card and original ID Proof.

B.Tech

• Candidates must have completed or are pursuing a regular full-time course in 10 + 2 or equivalent.
• Candidates must have received a minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to be considered.
• Candidates must have completed their 12th grade (or equivalent) in 2017 or 2018.
• Candidates who will be taking their class 12th (or equivalent) exams in 2019 are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have completed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as part of their 10+ 2 or comparable education.
• Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be eligible.

Film and television production bachelor's degree

Candidates must have received a minimum of 50% on their intermediate examination. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be considered.

B.Sc

Candidates for the B.Sc. in Computer Science must have received at least 50% in their 10+2 exams. Mathematics must be one of his or her subjects. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be considered.

BBA

Candidates for the BBA programme must have received a minimum of 50% on their 10+2 exam. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be considered.

BA Economics Hons

Candidates must have received a minimum of 50% in their 10+2 exams. And minimum age must be 21 years or born before July 1, 2000.

BA English Hons

Candidates must have received at least 50 per cent in their 10+2 exams. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be eligible to apply.

BA Sociology Hons

Candidates must have received at least 50 per cent in their 10+2 exams. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be considered.

B.Com

Candidates must have received a minimum of 50% in one of the subjects in the 10+2 examinations, which must include Mathematics, Business Mathematics, or Statistics. Applicants must have been born on or after July 1, 2000, to be eligible to apply.

M.Sc. Computer Science

Candidates must have earned a minimum of 50% in their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, BCA, Physics, Electronics, or Chemistry.

M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Applied Microbiology)

Candidates must have earned a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55 per cent in any discipline of science, pharmacy, agriculture, veterinary medicine, engineering, technology, or medicine (MBBS/BDS). Applicants must have been born between July 1, 1998, and July 1, 1999.

M.Sc. Nursing

• Candidates must have earned a minimum of 55 per cent aggregate in B.Sc.Nursing/ B.Sc.Hons.Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council-accredited institution.
• Candidates must have at least one year of experience after completing their Basic B.Sc Nursing programme.
• Applicants must be in good health.
• Candidates must be registered nurses, midwives, or equivalents with a state nursing registration council.

M.A Economics

Candidates must have earned a bachelor's degree in one of the following subjects: mathematics, statistics, or economics. Candidates must also have an academic performance average of at least 50%.

Q. To enrol in a course, how crucial is my qualifying examination score?

A. At KIIT, we admit students based on their academic performance. Admission to some programmes is based on all-India entrance test scores, while admission to others is dependent on the KIITEE qualifying examination score. Q. Is it possible to apply for admission before I receive my qualifying examination results?

A. Yes, you can start the application process before receiving your final score. You must submit your qualifying examination scores on or before the appropriate final date for courses where admission is based on your scores.

At the time of counselling/admission, you just need to present documentation of passing your qualifying exams for other courses.

What is the difference between a freeship and a merit-based scholarship?

A: Candidates who place in the top 100 of the BTech and BPharm merit lists in the KIITEE 2018 are guaranteed a full scholarship.
A merit-cum-means scholarship is available to candidates who qualify for the BPharm, BTech programmes in the top 1000.
Eligibility is also based on the annual income of the parents, thus not all kids who qualify in the top ranks will be eligible for this scholarship.
The Merit-cum-means & Freeship The total number of scholarships is limited to 5% of the general category intake and will only cover the course price for the specific course of study.
