About IPU CET
IPU CET is a college-level assessment held for admission to Undergraduate and PG programs in the field of Engineering, Medical, Dental, Law, and Management courses and is proposed to be held in August 2024. Admissions in B.Arch projects will be done as per the NATA 2024 scores, correspondingly, to every program of B.Tech, Medical, M.Tech and candidates can show up their JEE Main, NEET, GATE scores too for admissions in the proposed colleges. For different courses offered by IP University, the paper will be different only concerned with that particular branch, Each CET paper will be of 150 minutes.
IPU CET Registration 2024 has begun online from June 8, 2024, and the last date to apply for different Undergraduate and PG programs is July 15, 2024. Aspirants should take note that IPU CET qualification standards vary from one course to another. Every one of the qualified students can fill IPU CET Application Forms 2024 online by paying the application fee of INR 1200.

IPU CET Eligibility Criteria
IPU CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria differs from one course to another. The lower age limit criteria for Undergraduate and PG programs are 17 and 21 years respectively. IPU CET 2024 Application Form may be acknowledged for those who fulfil the eligibility conditions.
IPU follows a reservation framework, in light of the program and domicile of the candidates. Aspirants should understand subject or course insightful eligibility criteria cautiously before applying.
IPU CET 2024 Eligibility Age Limit
- The Minimum Age limit for Undergraduate and PG programs is 17 years and 21 years respectively.
- The Age bar limit for Post Graduate admissions for entry-level qualification courses is 35 years.
- The maximum age for a Bachelor of Vocation is 45 years.
- For the MPH (FE) program the maximum age for service candidates is 45 years whereas it is 35 years for direct candidates.
- Candidates should be 17 years old by 31 December 2024.
- Blind, deaf and dumb candidates are not eligible for the examination.
- The applicant’s lower age limit for Bachelor of Vocation is 16 years as of December 31, 2024.

IPU CET Application Form
IPU CET 2024 Application form is released on June 11 till July 15, 2024. This form can be checked on the online portal and website of IPU CET officials. All the processes and necessary instructions are mentioned on the website, completely.
Steps to fill IPU CET 2024 Application Form:
Initial Registrations(Sign-up)
IPU CET Registration form will be divided into two phases first being initial registration and the second final registrations.
- Initial registrations include course details, the candidate's name, and contact details.
- Aspirants need to fill in the program applying for along with the program code and contact details like email and contact number.
- After completion of initial registration, a login ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
Steps to apply for IPU CET 2024.
Step 1: Visit Official Portal
- 1. Login IPU CET’s official website
- 2. Go through important instructions and the check-in box and press the ‘START’ button.
Step 2: Fill-in Registration form
- 1. IPU CET 2024 Application form will be fully automated. And there are 2 forms- Form 1 & Form 2.
- 2. The candidates will be required to fill in the name, academic details, qualification details, and other important details.
- 3. A candidate must fill in the general information and make relevant payments as per relevant sections on Form 2.
Step 3: Selection of examination Category
- 1. While filling in the general information, candidates will be selected out of the given examination categories.
- 2. CET/ NON-CET/CET-Other/NON-CET-Other
- 3. Engineering// Medical programmes / M.Phil. /PG Diploma Programs
- 4. PhD Programs
- 5. PostGraduate Medical Courses (PGMC/ M.D./ M.S./ D.M./ M.Ch)/ Super Specialty Medical Courses (SSMC)
Step 4: Declaration
For Declaration candidate will have to-
- Enter captcha code.
- Check the ‘I Agree’ checkbox
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
- Click on ‘Submit’
Step 5: Generate Login ID & Password
- 1. After submitting previous declarations and details, a message box will show the login id and password of the candidates. This needs to be noted down, so one can use it to further login or to apply (for multiple courses).
- 2. Once an applicant presses OK, their Login ID and Password will be generated and shown along with other details.
Final Registration
Log into the account by entering the Login ID and Password that has been sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail and follow the below-mentioned steps
Step 6: Fill the General Information
- 1. Enter all the details asked, as per instructions like name, date of birth, region, correspondence address.
- 2. Select the desired program.
- 3. Select IPU CET examination Center. (only for B.Tech, MBBS Stage 1, MCA and MBA programs).
- 4. Upload photograph and signature. The image should be of JPEG/JPG or GIF format only and the size should be less than 100KB.
- 5. Upload Left Hand Thumb impression. The image should be in .JPEG/.JPG or.GIF format only and the size should be less than 100KB.
- 6. After uploading, click on the “Close This Window”.
- 7. Wait for the “Your images have been uploaded successfully” message in all the 3 tabs, to correctly fill in the forms.
- 8. After uploading images, click on the ‘Next button.
Step 7: Fill the Qualification Details
Based on the selected examination category, the Qualification page will appear.
- For PhD Program
The candidate has to enter the examination details such as class 10, class 12, year of passing, name of institution, name of university and subjects.
This section also includes the examinations qualified, their scores and work experience.
- For Post Graduate Medical Courses (PGMC/ M.D./ M.S./ D.M./ M.Ch) / Super Specialty Medical Courses (SSMC)
In this section, a candidate has to fill the academic qualification of class 10, class 12 and graduation details, that is education till yet with the proofs, like mark sheet attached and work experience details, honestly.
- After completing the academic details, candidates have to click on ‘next’ and they will be directed to the final submit page.
Step 8: Course Application Form
Applicants can go to the Course Application Tab to apply for the courses and will have to click on the “Apply for Courses” button.
Step 9: Course Selection Form
- When one moves to the next page, some information about the applicant will get auto-updated.
- Select the desired course.
- If an applicant selects B.Tech, MBBS Stage 1, MCA and MBA course in Engineering/ Professional/ Medical Programmes examination category.
- He/she will be shown IPU CET examination Centers, select the most suitable option.
After selecting the course, the applicant will have to-
- Check the ’I Agree’ checkbox
- Click on the ‘SUBMIT’ command button
- On clicking on ‘SUBMIT’, a message box will be shown to the candidates to preview the details that they have filled in so that just in case candidates want to change any of the details, they can click on ‘CANCEL’. Given below is the snapshot of the dialogue box as an example-
Step 10: Application Fee Payment
- Candidates should pay INR 1000 (for General/ OBC/ SC & ST candidates) for each individual course.
- After checking all the details click on the OK button, the candidate will be directed to the Bill Desk page for the course payment.
- Finally click the “Make Payment” button, to complete the process.
Step 11: Take a Printout
- Save and download this application form till the admit card is not received.

Step 12: Apply for Multiple Courses
- 1. Once the applicant has applied for the course then they can view all their course details on the Course Application tab.
- 2. Click “View Courses”.
- 3. A candidate can apply in more than one course with the same ID and password, one just needs to switch the course details and follow the above process.

IPU CET Answer Key
IPU CET 2024 answer key will be delivered by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) when the selection test has been effectively conducted. IPU CET 2024 will be held in online mode. Students who will show up in the placement test will only pass the qualification tests based on the official IPU CET 2024 answer key. The appropriate response key will list every one of the right responses to the Questions in the IPU CET 2024.
By checking the IPU CET 2024 answer key, aspirants can find out about their score/rank before the final result.
