The Madhya Pradesh Diploma in Animal Husbandry Entrance Test (MP DAHET) is an entrance exam for the Madhya Pradesh Diploma in Animal Husbandry. Counselling
Admission will be decided through a centralised counselling process overseen by the NDVS University Counselling Committee.
- For downloading information about counselling, you'll need your entrance examination roll number and date of birth. Candidates can also use their login ID and password to download Intimation for Counselling from another website by logging in with their login ID and password.
- Following the publication of the notification for counselling, candidates must submit all needed documents in the approved format to the college to which they have been assigned.
- There is no test in a counselling session.This is the final stage of the application procedure. Original academic documents, proof of eligibility, MP Vyapam DAHET Scorecard, and MP Vyapam DAHET Admit Card will be required.
- 4 Self-portraits and photocopies, a collection of all documents, etc. Following counselling, the seat must be reserved by depositing the entrance money, original papers with the admission form, and other charges in the college's office within the timeframe specified.
- If a candidate fails to pay the admission fee before the deadline, his or her admission will be cancelled, and the seat will be given to the next highest-ranked candidate.
- Candidates who placed higher on the merit list have priority for counselling. Admission is reserved in the first session of counselling based on the institutions' offers and candidates' preferences.
- A new cutoff list is published on the official website, www.ndvsu.org,following the first round of counselling for the remaining seats for admission. Candidates with a rank that falls below the cutoff will be eligible for the next counselling session.
- If necessary, the remaining seat cutoff will be communicated for the next counselling session. This will continue until all seats are filled and the admission session is completed. As has been noticed and noted in the admissions process, there will be typically two counselling meetings.
- If an applicant is successfully admitted to any course following the counselling procedure and a seat is given to the candidate according to the option selected, no change in course, branch, or centre will be available.
- Candidates who choose the payment seat option will only be eligible for payment seat admission.
- The candidate will be required to attend the counselling session in person. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as hospitalisation or serious illness, candidates' parents may be permitted to attend the counselling session on their behalf by submitting a medical certificate with the candidate's photograph issued by the concerned Chief Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon.
