MET Exam Pattern 2021
Manipal Academy of Higher Education has revised the MET 2021 exam pattern on their authentic and official statement as mentioned on their official website. The new MET exam pattern 2021, is
10 MCQs and 5 Numerical Value Questions(for all subjects except Mathematics)
15 MCQs and no NAT questions for English.
It is advised to go through the application and pattern to boost the preparation, And the syllabus must be checked and learned religiously.
MET Exam Admit Card:
The MET admit card will be available on the official portal and the aspirant must just enter the login credentials.
First, complete the slot booking process, only then can the admit card for MET will be accessible from June 3.
The final deadline for the MET 2021 slot booking process is June 6.

MET Exam Eligibility Criteria
BTech Courses - Pass in 10+2 level of schooling and subjects in 12th grade should be Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory and Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology as optional with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and one of the optionals.
MTech - 3 years undergraduate or Diploma degree in Engineering affiliated to any Technical university of a State Government or central government.
45% marks in this 3 years programme
Clearing Xll standard with Mathematics as a subject.
MET Exam Application Process:-
The MET 2021 exam pattern has been released and shared on the official website. The authorities have also announced some major changes and amendments in the MET exam pattern 2021. MET 2021 will now be a 2-hour long entrance examination. The type of questions Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions. The total number of questions in MET 2021 has also dropped to 60, as compared to last year when the total number of questions were 200. Manipal Entrance Test (MET 2021) for programmes like MBBS, BDS, BTech, B Pharm and PharmD syllabus includes all the topics present in the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and General English curriculum of Class 11 and Class 12.

The question paper of MET has only two types of genres of Questions

MET Exam centre
Manipal University has approximately 85 cities as centres for MET 2020 exam centres. Out of it three preferred locations must be selected from the candidate’s convenience and needs to be stated.
MET 2020 exam centres are the venue where the conducting authority will take the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for admission to the undergraduate courses offered by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education(MAHE). The authority will allocate the MET 2020 exam centres based on a first come first serve basis and preferences entered by the candidates. Online Test Booking System (OTBS) are used to book slots and look for the availability of seats.
Documents required at counselling conduct
The process will begin around May 11 - 20 for all BTech courses. Only the shortlisted candidates get to be mentioned in the merit list and thus allowed in the session of MET counselling. Dates for the same are thus and thereafter scheduled based on ranks/ scores and individual performances in the tests or exam.
MET Exam Answer key
MET 2020 results will be released in the online mode conducted by The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). Candidates have to enter an application number and password, to get the results. The merit list of MET 2020 will be released in the first week of May.
With the MET 2021 answer, key candidates have the opportunity to calculate their probable score for admissions into the undergraduate engineering programme. Candidates appearing in the exam can cross-check their responses with that of the MET answer key. Candidates must note that the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), which is the conducting authority of the MET exam, will not publish the MU OET 2021 answer key officially.
