About CG PRE BEd
The online mode of application form for CG Pre-B.Ed 2024 that was about to be released on May 20 has been postponed. CG Pre B.Ed 2024 examination date has been declared, and the entrance examination for B.Ed admission will be conducted on July 11. Although, the entrance examination is supposed to be delayed due to a postponement in the registration procedure because of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
CG Pre B.Ed Admissions, which are also known as CG Pre B.Ed (Chhattisgarh Pre Bachelor in Education) is an offline mode examination that is organized each year. The CG Pre B.Ed entrance examination is organized each year for admission to B.Ed (2 Years) Regular courses in the myriad of colleges of Education in Chhattisgarh.
CG PRE BEd Admit Card
CG Pre-B.Ed. 2024 admit card will be launched on the official website. Candidates who have successfully finished their application process are only qualified to avail of the admit cards. CG PRE BEd Eligibility Criteria
All candidates for CG Pre-B.Ed. 2024 must qualify the below-informed eligibility criteria to be eligible for appearing in the examination:
- Age: The upper age restriction is 30 years as of July 1, 2024, for the general category. Aspirants of a reserved category can apply till 33 years of age.
- Domicile: Aspirants of any state can write CG PET, just a domicile of any state is necessary to be produced as the domicile certificate.
- Education qualification: Aspirants ought to have passed class 12th examinations or any other equivalent exam from a recognized board. The major subjects and topics for the exam are Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology/ Technical subjects as optional.
- Minimum Percentage: Aspirants of the general category ought to have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying exam and for the reserved category students only 40% marks are required.
- Nationality: Only the candidates who are Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the entrance test. Aspirants of foreign nationalities are not allowed to write the entrance examination.

Following are the steps to complete the application procedure for CG PRE BEd 2024:
- 1. Go to the official website i.e. cgvyapam.choice.gov.in.
- 2. Tap on the link CG Pre-B.Ed. Application Form link.
- 3. Fill in all the details as asked in the application form: name, gender, father’s name, mother’s name, DOB, gender, category, roll number, contact information, phone number, identification marks, exam city preference, etc.
- 4. Scan and upload all the mentioned documents in jpeg format in a size not more than 50 KB.
- 5. After all the formalities thoroughly read the ‘Declaration’.
- 6. When you have finished reading the same click on ‘I Agree.
- 7. Fill in the ‘exam city preference’ in addition to the centre code.

CG PRE BEd Exam Pattern
CG Pre-B.Ed. 2024 shall follow the MCQ based question pattern. Each question will contain four options for answers out of which only one option will be the correct answer. Aspirants will be given one mark for every right answer. If the candidate selects more than one option as an answer, no marks shall be given in those cases.
