Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of the conducting body APSCHE will release the AP ICET 2024 application form. Before they fill the AP ICET 2024 registration form, aspirants are suggested to check the eligibility criteria that is prescribed by the authorities. So far, there is no specified release date of AP ICET application form 2024, the same will be notified on the same page. AP ICET 2024 will be organized in online mode.

Aspirants are advised to bring their respective admit cards on the day of the exam. Aspirants also need to bring their valid photo ID proof along with the admit card. Aspirants will not be allowed at the exam centre without an admit card.

Aspirants can download admit cards for APICET by following the steps mentioned below:

• Visit the official website: apicet.nic.in
• Search for the admit card link on the homepage and click on it
• Enter the AP ICET registration number and DOB
• Tap on the 'Download Hall Ticket' tab
• Download the admit card in PDF format
• Take a printout of the admit card for future use.

The aspirants must check whether all the details mentioned on it are right or not. The details that need to be scrutinized are following:

• Name of the candidate
• Roll number
• Candidate’s photograph
• Signature of the candidate
• Exam’s date and venue
• Reporting time
• Instructions related to the exam

For MBA Courses:

• Qualification: Aspirants must pass a 3 years bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Aspirants must pass their 10th level with mathematics.

For MCA Courses:

• Qualification: Aspirants must have a 3 years bachelor’s degree.
• Subjects: Aspirants must pass their 12th or degree with mathematics subjects.

For MCA (Lateral Entry):

• Qualification: Aspirants must have passed 10+2 class and BCA or any degree in SC/ IT with mathematics subjects.

Application Fee:

• The application fee will be paid via online mode only.
• Aspirants can pay their application fee via credit card/ debit card/ net banking or AP online centres/ e- Seva, etc.
• The application fee will be Rs. 550 for all aspirants. A late fee will be Rs. 2000 (+550 application fee).

AP ICET syllabus will include the subjects such as Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. With the help given below syllabus, aspirants can check the subjects which will be asked in the exam:

Analytical Ability

In the analytical ability section’s questions shall be inquired from Data Sufficiency, Problem Solving so forth.

Data Sufficiency:

• A question is given and is followed by data in the form of two statements that are labelled as (i) and (ii ).
• If the data are given in statement (i) alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (1) is the right answer.
• If the data given in statement (ii) alone is sufficient to answer the question then choice (2) is the right answer.
• If both statement (i) and statement (ii) put together are enough to answer the question but neither statement alone is sufficient, then choice (3) is the right answer.

2. Review complete syllabus and exam

Make sure you review the entire syllabus beforehand to avoid missing anything important. This is the biggest part of the preparation strategy of any exam. Focus on the syllabus and make your routine according to your biggest and weakest strength. Believe in yourself and you can do anything!

3. Pattern

Also previewing the examination pattern is important as well as the previous two points. It may be possible that some previous year's Questions are repeated so if you abreast yourself with the entire pattern then you can avoid making the general mistake that people unaware of the pattern do. It reduces the daunting anxiety of the looming exam and adds to the self-esteem of the candidate.

4. Manage Time

You must have heard that time management is the most important aspect of any task. So make sure you divide your routine in a way that strengthens your abilities instead of hindering them. Prepare well.

5. Prepare Notes

Note making is equally important as it gives you the idea of the content as well as help you memorise it. Going through notes can be extremely helpful as it triggers the memory and then the forgotten parts can also come to you easily through them. They also help you synthesizing your content and help you learn.

6. Attempt Mock Tests

Mock tests are very important because they give you an idea of how the exam is going to be and you can prepare yourself based on that. Mock tests can help you build your confidence and can also tell you how prepared you are, therefore you can enhance your preparations based on that.

7. Solve Sample Papers or Past Papers

Solving sample papers or past papers are extremely important like solving mock tests because they give you an inkling of the prospective questions and patterns. Make sure you solve the past question papers of at least the previous 5 years to understand the pattern very well.

8. Practice Regularly

There is an aphorism that ostentatiously states that practice makes a man perfect. The more you practice the more it is likely that you gain the perspective of the exam. This is the overall condensed aspect of the preparation strategy for this particular exam. Make sure you practice as much as you can.

A: The APICET exam was conducted with around 60,000 aspirants.

A: This pandemic is from 2024 March, so last year also it was the same scenario; APSCHE then did additional rounds for APICET for six aspirants who tested positive and thus could not appear for the examination. This year too, it is believed that in case any of the aspirants tests positive for the COVID-19 virus and are unable to appear for the examination, the test authorities will organize a retest for them.

A: APICET 2024 examination is expected to be held in 43 cities in 14 districts of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Q: In which mode will the exam be conducted and what will be the duration of the APICET 2024 exam?

A: APICET exam is taken via online mode. The duration of the test is 150 minutes.
