SRMJEEE 2024 Application form has been released by SRMIST online on December 10th 2020. To apply for SRMJEEE 2024, candidates need to visit the official website of SRM University, I.e.;www.srmist.edu.in The Last date for phase one of the SRMJEEE 2024 application form was May 19 and phase two is June 20. Admissions in the esteemed universities of India, especially for the Btech programme, can only be done by Common Entrance Exam, SRMJEEE 2024, which is scheduled to be held in the second week of April 2024 in 127 Indian cities and five countries i.e.; Dubai, Kuwait, Doha, Muscat and Bahrain.

How to register for the exam:

• 1. Visit the official website of SRMJEEE.
• 2. Register for the examination and fill in the details asked and required.
• 3. After the application is completed, the system will generate a unique ID that should be kept safe with the candidates.
• 4. After 2-3 days log into the website using your unique ID.
• 5. Choose the exam date and centre and pay the fee for the exam.
• 6. After paying the fee the candidates will receive a confirmation letter.
• 7. Take a printout of it and keep it safe as it will be required during the counselling of the exam

How to download the SRMJEEE admit card

• Step 1: First visit the official website of SRMJEEE.
• Step 2: Access the SRMJEEE 2024 admit card, click the SRMJEEE 2024 admit card or hall ticket on the link on the official website.
• Step 3: An official website and web link will open. Then press the download to admit card.
• Step 4: Click the submit tab.
• Step 5: SRMJEEE 2024 admit card shall appear.
• Step 6: Verify and fill in the details, after checking the appropriate Ness.
• Step 7: Download the admit card, click the button for at.
• Step 8: Take a coloured printout of the SRMJEEE 2024 admit card for future use.

• - Click request for OTP, to get a one time password, to proceed further.
• - An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number with her time password.
• - Again, login, after entering the OTP.

Important instructions on SRMJEEE admit card:

• 1. Carry the authentic admit card with the original identity card, as proof of identity.
• 2. Carry the SRMJEEE admit card on the exam date, for entry.
• 3. The SRMJEEE admit card must be kept preserved till the end of counselling or admission.
• 4. One must report 60 minutes before the exam time, at the examination centre.
• 5. Candidates can’t leave the examination hall and centre before the exam ends.

TRANSPORT REFUND POLICY FOR SESSION 2024-22

The refund of fee for transport charges/fee deposited for the Academic Session 2020-21 is governed under the policy laid out as the withdrawal once availed, is not permitted to be taken out.

Although the facility once availed, can’t be withdrawn but the students may be permitted to withdraw from the facility and the refund of transport charges /fee may be claimed only on account of the reasons given below:

• a.) Admission withdrawn
• b.) Availed the hostel facility of the University.

The refund will be processed only after making an applicable deduction from the deposited amount or collecting applicable transport charges as per the table given hereunder.

Hence to sit for the exams, one must meet the SRMJEEE eligibility criteria 2024. Authorities conduct SRMJEEE to screen the candidates to offer admission to various B.Tech courses.

Eligibility criteria-General

• 1. Nationality: Citizens of India will be able to apply for SRMJEEE 2024. Non- resident Indian (NRI), PIO or OCI card holders are eligible to apply for the exam. Further, there will be an option for the international candidates to apply, if candidates do not wish to apply for the entrance exam.
• 2. Age Limit: Candidates must be born between July 1, 2000, to July 1, 2005, i.e, they should complete 16 years of age before July 31, 2024.
• 3. Year of passing 10+2: candidates who will appear for the qualifying examination will also be eligible to give entrance to the examination.

SRMJEEE 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA- ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

SRMJEEE 2024 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DIRECT ADMISSION:

SRM also offers direct admission to the candidates if they meet certain eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE 2024. Mentioned below is the eligibility criteria for direct admission in SRMJEEE 2024 -

• Candidates in top 100 in JEE Main 2024 or JEE Advanced 2024 are eligible.
• Top rankers in each district of Tamil Nadu.
• First rank holder in CBSE, or state board.
• Exemplary sportsperson at national/ international level.

STEP 2: SRMJEEE (UG)SLOT BOOKING

Students need to choose a slot in a way that no other exam clashes with it. Slot booking must be done within the scheduled date.

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD SRMJEEE (UG) ADMIT CARD

Candidates must download their SRMJEEE (UG) admit card as per the schedule. The admit card is the mandatory document to appear for the exam and the seat allotment process.

STEP 4: APPEAR FOR SRMJEEE EXAM

The SRMJEEE will be conducted in two phases by the SRM university as per the schedule in the given article. It is a university-level entrance test conducted twice a year to offer admission in BTech programmes in SRM university and its different campuses.

STEP 5: SRMJEEE RESULT

The institute will upload the SRMJEEE 2024 result on its official website. After qualifying for the entrance examination candidates will be called for the counselling process. Dates for the result announcement will be tentatively in the first week of May 2024.

STEP 6: SRMJEEE COUNSELLING

Finally, all the shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling session. In the counselling session, all the candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses.

SRMJEEE 2024 SLOT BOOKING

Candidates appearing in the exam must complete their slot booking of SRMJEEE 2024, otherwise, they will not be able to appear in the exam. SRMJEEE slot booking facility is available from May 20 to 21 on the official website. SRMJEEE 2024 is an online examination hence, slot booking is an important event and that too in an online mode. SRMJEEE slot booking 2024 process will be real-time as well as on a first come first serve basis.

To book slots, candidates will have to choose the date and time for the exam at their convenience. Candidates must enter three slots, explicitly for booking SRMJEEE 2024 slots. There will be no generation of admit cards before SRMJEEE slot booking

Tip 1: Be an early bird
It would be better to start the preparation as early as possible to have enough time later for revision and practice.

Tip 2: Know SRMJEEE exam pattern and syllabus well
While making the exam strategy, it is important that the candidate knows the official exam pattern and syllabus beforehand and then plans accordingly.

SRMJEEE 2024 MOCK TEST

The institute will release the mock test for SRMJEEE 2024 for phase1 and phase 2 separately. For phase 1 it will be available on May 20 & 21. A mock test will help candidates to be familiar with the question pattern. By attempting more mock tests, will help candidates to enhance their mental ability and will also clear their confusion.

How to take the SRMJEEE 2201 Mock test?

• Step1: click on the official website “ http://www.srmist.edu..in/ ” and then go to the “mock test” section.
• Step 2: Login by entering the E-mail ID.
• Step 3: complete candidate registration details by completing the steps there.
• Step 4: select subject and section (PCB/PCM).
• Step 5: window with a mock test will open. Click on the “Continue” button.
• Step 6: appear for the mock test.
• Step 7: it is a top note that the score for the mock test will not be displayed.

Procedure for SRMJEEE counselling

• Only those students shortlisted, can have to login to their ID and check rank.
• In the next step, qualified students have to update their choice and preference.
• As per the preference marked, availability of slot, cut-off and seat allotment will be done.
• Candidates who have confirmed seat allotment, need to pay the fee to confirm their admission. Also, verification of documents will be done.
• After making the payment, candidates will be confirmed for admission to their institute.

COLLEGE ACCEPTING SRMJEEE 2024 SCORECARD

Q. If in my SRMJEEE application I make any mistakes. Will there be any SRMJEEE form correction facility?

A. Yes, there are certain dates and deadlines to make the SRMJEEE 2024 application amendments. This correction facility will be accessed by the third week of May tentatively. The actual dates are disclosed with the application form.

Q. Do we have to carry the original documents on Examination day at the time of document verification?

A. Though it is generally advised on the part of students to carry all the documents in original form and also the photocopies of them.

Q. When will SRMJEEE slot booking 2024 begin?

The schedule and process of slot booking is announced for SRMJEEE 2024 by the SRMIST to the earliest, and thus very soon. Candidates should give extra emphasis on this step, and should book slots on scheduled dates, before the deadlines. On failing in these students will not be permitted to appear in the exam.

Q. When will SRMJEEE results be declared?

SRMJEEE 2024 results will be announced for both phases separately. The phase-I result was announced on May 27. Though phase-II results are yet to be announced.
