ABOUT SRMJEEE 2024
SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) Every year for admission to take programmes offered by the institute. SRMJEEE is a university-level computer-based online test that acts as a common entrance examination for all the SRM group institutes and universities located at Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, NCR- Ghaziabad, Ramapuram part-Vadapalani, Amravati, Harahan and Sikkim.
SRMJEEE 2024 Application form has been released by SRMIST online on December 10th 2020. To apply for SRMJEEE 2024, candidates need to visit the official website of SRM University, I.e.;www.srmist.edu.in The Last date for phase one of the SRMJEEE 2024 application form was May 19 and phase two is June 20. Admissions in the esteemed universities of India, especially for the Btech programme, can only be done by Common Entrance Exam, SRMJEEE 2024, which is scheduled to be held in the second week of April 2024 in 127 Indian cities and five countries i.e.; Dubai, Kuwait, Doha, Muscat and Bahrain.

SRMJEEE 2024: WHAT'S NEW
As the exam is going to be conducted in two phases, students must check what knew will be there below:
- For the first time in the history of the test, SRMJEEE 2024 will happen twice, because of Pandemic. Phase one was conducted on May 23 and 24 and phase two will be conducted on June 29th and 30.
- SRMIST will also make available the SRMJEEE 2024 mock test to acquaint the students with the process.
- If a candidate is not satisfied with his or her ranking SRMJEEE 2024 phase one, he or she may apply for SRMJEEE phase two all separate application forms need to be filled.
- A separate merit list will be prepared for each phase of SRMJEEE (independently) and the candidates will be allotted based on the ranks obtained in their respective examination.
- Scholarships will be given to the meritorious students on enrolment.
- After the process of successful seat allotment, the provisional allotment letter(PAL) is issued as the next step, to the candidates.
SRMJEEE 2024 ADMIT CARD
The SRMJEEE is conducted in two phases in a year, and the additional mid-card for the equivalent is diverse. To take the SRMJEEE entrance examination, candidates ought to have a substantial admit card which will be delivered by getting a foundation week before the examination. On the day of the examination, candidates need to carry their admit card alongside a unique character card given by the government.
To download admit card or hall ticket of SRMJEEE 2024 will be downloaded by the candidate’s online mode. The admit card will be generated for those candidates who have successfully booked their slots. Candidates will have to download their admit card of SRMJEEE 2020 by using their credential and will be required to carry it to the exam hall along with two passport size recent colour photographs on the day of the exam.
How to register for the exam:
- 1. Visit the official website of SRMJEEE.
- 2. Register for the examination and fill in the details asked and required.
- 3. After the application is completed, the system will generate a unique ID that should be kept safe with the candidates.
- 4. After 2-3 days log into the website using your unique ID.
- 5. Choose the exam date and centre and pay the fee for the exam.
- 6. After paying the fee the candidates will receive a confirmation letter.
- 7. Take a printout of it and keep it safe as it will be required during the counselling of the exam

TRANSPORT REFUND POLICY FOR SESSION 2024-22
The refund of fee for transport charges/fee deposited for the Academic Session 2020-21 is governed under the policy laid out as the withdrawal once availed, is not permitted to be taken out.
Although the facility once availed, can’t be withdrawn but the students may be permitted to withdraw from the facility and the refund of transport charges /fee may be claimed only on account of the reasons given below:

- b.) Availed the hostel facility of the University.
The refund will be processed only after making an applicable deduction from the deposited amount or collecting applicable transport charges as per the table given hereunder.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology has released the eligibility criteria of SRMJEEE 2024 for the aspirants. Candidates failing any of SRMJEEE eligibility criteria will not receive their SRMJEEE admit card.

Eligibility criteria-General
- 1. Nationality: Citizens of India will be able to apply for SRMJEEE 2024. Non- resident Indian (NRI), PIO or OCI card holders are eligible to apply for the exam. Further, there will be an option for the international candidates to apply, if candidates do not wish to apply for the entrance exam.
- 2. Age Limit: Candidates must be born between July 1, 2000, to July 1, 2005, i.e, they should complete 16 years of age before July 31, 2024.
- 3. Year of passing 10+2: candidates who will appear for the qualifying examination will also be eligible to give entrance to the examination.

SRMJEEE 2024 APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: Fill SRMJEEE (UG) APPLICATION FORM
Candidates have to fill the SRMJEEE (UG) application form online on the official website of SRM institute of science and technology. Along with the application form, candidates need to submit the application fee in online mode only via cheque, net banking, credit card or debit card. Candidates can fill the application form offline also.
Students will be required to upload the scanned photographs, signature, necessary documents while filling the application form. It is the candidates responsibility to take the printout of the SRMJEEE 2024 application form from the confirmation page.

STEP 2: SRMJEEE (UG)SLOT BOOKING
Students need to choose a slot in a way that no other exam clashes with it. Slot booking must be done within the scheduled date.
STEP 3: DOWNLOAD SRMJEEE (UG) ADMIT CARD
Candidates must download their SRMJEEE (UG) admit card as per the schedule. The admit card is the mandatory document to appear for the exam and the seat allotment process.
STEP 4: APPEAR FOR SRMJEEE EXAM
The SRMJEEE will be conducted in two phases by the SRM university as per the schedule in the given article. It is a university-level entrance test conducted twice a year to offer admission in BTech programmes in SRM university and its different campuses.
STEP 5: SRMJEEE RESULT
The institute will upload the SRMJEEE 2024 result on its official website. After qualifying for the entrance examination candidates will be called for the counselling process. Dates for the result announcement will be tentatively in the first week of May 2024.
STEP 6: SRMJEEE COUNSELLING
Finally, all the shortlisted candidates will be called for the counselling session. In the counselling session, all the candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses.
SRMJEEE 2024 SLOT BOOKING
Candidates appearing in the exam must complete their slot booking of SRMJEEE 2024, otherwise, they will not be able to appear in the exam. SRMJEEE slot booking facility is available from May 20 to 21 on the official website. SRMJEEE 2024 is an online examination hence, slot booking is an important event and that too in an online mode. SRMJEEE slot booking 2024 process will be real-time as well as on a first come first serve basis.
To book slots, candidates will have to choose the date and time for the exam at their convenience. Candidates must enter three slots, explicitly for booking SRMJEEE 2024 slots. There will be no generation of admit cards before SRMJEEE slot booking

The institute will release the mock test for SRMJEEE 2024 for phase1 and phase 2 separately. For phase 1 it will be available on May 20 & 21. Candidates shortlisted after the declaration of SRMJEEE 2024 results are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The authorities who conduct the examination release the schedule on the official website for SRMJEEE 2024 counselling . Procedure for SRMJEEE counselling
- Only those students shortlisted, can have to login to their ID and check rank.

Q. When will SRMJEEE 2024 be held?
A. SRMJEEE 2024 will take place twice this year.
Phase-I was conducted on May 23 and 24 while phase-II will be conducted on June 29 and 30.
Q. If in my SRMJEEE application I make any mistakes. Will there be any SRMJEEE form correction facility?
A. Yes, there are certain dates and deadlines to make the SRMJEEE 2024 application amendments. This correction facility will be accessed by the third week of May tentatively. The actual dates are disclosed with the application form.
Q. Do we have to carry the original documents on Examination day at the time of document verification?
A. Though it is generally advised on the part of students to carry all the documents in original form and also the photocopies of them.
Q. When will SRMJEEE slot booking 2024 begin?
