New Delhi, Wednesday, January 20, 2021: Lrnable Group, a group of learning and talent transformation platforms, today, announced its formal launch. The launch highlighted two flagship initiatives- Mytat.co (which offers Mytat Recruitment and Mytat Classes) and Lrnable.com, which are focussed towards learning of students, enhancing and upgrading skills, mapping complete learning lifecycle of employees in a company or an organisation including career pathing.

As per recent reports, the Indian workforce has observed the highest skill gap, where 94% of employees reported a skill mismatch. Addressing the need, the company intends to create India’s first sustainable and inclusive academic learning, workforce transformation, talent mapping and management ecosystem through Mytat and Lrnable platforms. 

Announcing the launch, Vikram Kumar, CEO, Lrnable Group said, “We realised the grim situation of the skill gap in India along with regular struggles of students, trainers, recruiters as well as corporate, at large.
