Some of the kind words include: affectionate, amiable, charitable, compassionate, considerate, cordial, courteous, friendly, gentle, gracious, humane, kindhearted, kindly, loving, sympathetic, thoughtful, tolerant, brand, set, brotherly, good, hospitable, nice, neighbourly, caring, tender, cordial and so on.
The list is enormous but the sad part is, while making a conversation, we do not even remember ten percent of them. You can find such a list consisting of more kind words at Thesaurus.
You can sit down with a dictionary or search online for the meanings of certain kinds of words. This will help you in understanding in which situation, which word would be more positive to use. Start by learning 5 words daily, the next day, try to remember those words and their meanings. If you forget a word, look again and try to remember it this time. Slowly, in a few days, you have learnt over 50 kind words and their meaning and are ready to incorporate them into the conversation.
Now, the next job is to add to those in your speech. You have expanded your vocabulary but the most important thing of all is that the listener understands what you are trying to convey to them. Try to rehearse a few lines using two or three of those words. For example, ‘How thoughtful of you and ‘I have never met such a kind and gentle person like you.
Soon, you will get multiple opportunities to showcase what you have been learning for the past few days. There will be a success but a few failures are bound to exist. Try to analyze those situations and understand what you could have said or done to make the situation right. Maybe the wrong choice of words or not using a kind word at all!
The key is to keep trying despite failures. Don’t let failures drag you down. It is one of the most vital skills that will help you throughout your life. But in order for it to be a strong skill, you have to be very good at expressing your thoughts and verbal communication. If that is not the case, there is nothing to worry about as kind words immediately make a person think better of you.
Kind words not just create a physical impact, but also impact our thinking and our responses to various situations. It affects our behaviour, mood and emotions. It changes our reflex to various situations, eventually impacting our mentality.
There will be times when out of our short temper, we utter unkind and harsh words and for the moment we might feel contented, but the later realization is very depressing and makes us feel low about ourselves. It can seriously affect our brain and emotions.
Start chatting with friends and family members and try to use kind words in your speech. The sheer impact it will bring will force them to act in a different way, a more positive way.

It might be an obvious fact that words can hurt. In anger, you may say something that you might regret saying in the future and the reality is, that it happens. In the heat of the moment, all practice of kind words can be forgotten. It's up to us to remember them and leave an impression on them.
Suppose, you have an argument with your friends. They proposed something and you are against it. Instead of shouting at them or complaining, you can simply tell them, ‘I am sorry but I have to decline it. That’s all that it takes to clearly establish your opinion.

Words spoken in a calm and soft manner tend to have a bigger impact than harsh words spoken in a rage. In school, all children are taught ‘Golden Words’ such as thank you, please, excuse me etc. It's not taught to use in school and is later forgotten about it. those are certain words that are used in every professional environment and carry a great significance.
Even in text messages, kind words have a certain role to play. ‘It’s good that you are coming today can really lift up the spirits of the reader. ‘You are coming today? Nice’, maybe not that much of an impact. Rather, the reader will be considering that you have no manners and are still immature.
‘Get me a cup of tea’ or ‘Please, can I have a cup of tea’, the preferable option is clear, but it comes down to the fact which one would a person uses daily. Despite your bank balance, reputation is the first thing that matters. To build it, you have to work hard, treat others with respect and kindness, and make them look up to you as someone who can be trusted.
Kind words make matters more engageable and worthwhile. You would have preferred to be on a team with a disciplined introvert, rather than a loud-mouthed troublemaker friend. It's simply because you know that he will be more tolerant and treat you with kindness and will get the assignment done at a faster pace.
