CUSTOMER-CENTRICITY KEY IN A POST COVID WORLD: JUMBOKING
As businesses look to get back on track post-COVID, Jumboking, India’s largest chain of homegrown Quick Service Restaurants, has launched a new customer loyalty program called the ‘INDIAN BURGER REWARDS'.
It is a reward based loyalty program with a unique benefit to customers who physically visit the store.
Customers will be able to earn reward points for every purchase that they make. The program has been in the testing phase at various stores and customers are happy to redeem points on burger, fries and drinks on the JK menu. Jumboking has now launched the program across all its stores and plans to engage at least 10 million customers in the coming year.

The lockdown changed all that, not just for us, but for all consumer facing brands. We want to welcome our customers back to the store with a rewarding loyalty program. The idea is to engage with the customers closely and help them help us become a world class customer-centric organization”.
