A child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has a very shorter attention span, which could hinder their day-to-day functioning . Therefore, some playful after-school activities that can enhance their attentive skills are valuable. In addition, these activities may also help them to drain their extra energy and channel it in a better way.

Swimming
