SNVA LLC celebrated its 12th Founder’s Day on March 6, 2021. Two Indian brothers Vivek K Singh and Alok K Singh belonging to a middle class family, laid the foundation of SNVA-LLC in the USA in 2009. Their humble beginning, hard work, dedication and patience helped them to become a successful First-generation entrepreneur.

To mark its 12th Founder’s day, a grand party was organized in Noida, India. Both the founders, Mr. Vivek K Singh and Mr. Alok K Singh graced the occasion as all the employees geared up to celebrate their 12th Founder’s Day. The festivities initiated with the customary lighting of the lamp. The culmination of the day took place by giving awards to the employees for their spectacular performances throughout the year.
Speaking on the above Co-founder of SNVA-LLC, Vivek K Singh says, it is the biggest fear of entrepreneurs belonging to a middle class family, to quit a well paid job and establish a startup. Convincing my parents was not a cake walk as they had already invested a major proportion of their income into our education. Being the eldest son, I also had certain responsibilities towards my family. There is always a fear of failure, but it did not lower my self confidence. My focus was never on the numbers or gaining profit, I rather focussed on my passion and this is the mantra that made me what I am today. One should always remember every failure teaches you something. Life will not always be easy but you have to find a way.
Speaking on the above Co-founder of SNVA-LLC, Alok K Singh says, one should never assume that investing lots of money can make you a successful entrepreneur. There are many other important factors to make your startup fly, these are the idea, the plan, the execution, the marketing, the leader, the timing and most importantly the crisis response. I can list down a number of obstacles that we had over a decade. Yet, with all these obstacles, we managed to emerge and build SNVA-LLC, one of the best IT companies in the world.
