Razumovsky.For more than half a century, he successfully training engineering and managerial personnel for textile and light industry enterprises, banking and commercial structures.The branch began its history on April 29 of the distant 1954.Then, at the initiative of the heads of Kalinin industrial enterprises, who have the need for qualified specialists, by order of the Minister of Higher Education of the USSR No. 345, the Kalinin educational and consulting point (UKP) of the All -Union Correspondence Institute of Textile and Light Industry (VzutLP, from 1992 - RoszitlP) was organized.The advantages of UKP Vzitlp were that, on the one hand, the correspondence system of training gave socially significant opportunities for training qualified specialists without interruption from production, and on the other, obtaining higher education “without leaving the machine” became an important factor in the formation and consolidation of personnel potential at the enterprises of the city.The organization of UKP gave employees of various industrial enterprises in Kalinin and the Kalinin region, regardless of their age and financial situation, to study in one of the leading industry universities in the country, without wasting time and money to travel and accommodation in the capital.Initially, the Kalininsky UKP Vzitlp was located in one of the old buildings of the Morozovsky town (the courtyard of the Proletarian, 15), and also partially rented premises at the chemical and technological technical school (97 Moskovskaya St.).The training of specialists was conducted at five faculties (technological industry, electromechanical, chemical-technological, engineering and economic, technological textile industry).The training was conducted, as now, according to the same curricula as in Moscow, while the educational process was mainly provided by teachers sent from the head university.In 1992
