The Uttar Pradesh government has opened recruitment for 20,382 posts in aided secondary schools, offering opportunities for candidates seeking teaching and school leadership jobs.
The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has issued three recruitment advertisements covering trained graduate teachers, headmasters and principals.
Of the total vacancies, 17,735 are for trained graduate teachers, while 1,172 posts are for headmasters and 1,475 for principals. Applications will be submitted online through the commissionโs official website, upessc.up.gov.in.
The recruitment covers non-government-aided secondary schools across Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must complete One-Time Registration (OTR), which is mandatory for all three processes, before applying.
Applications for headmaster and principal posts began on October 23, while the online application process for trained graduate teacher posts begins on October 24.

Candidates applying for trained graduate teacher posts must pay the application fee by November 23. The written examination is scheduled for December 23 and 24.
For headmaster and principal posts, the fee payment deadline is November 22, and the examination is scheduled for January 7, 2027. The correction window for these two applications closes on November 25, while corrections to trained graduate teacher applications can be made until November 26.
Candidates should check the individual advertisements carefully for eligibility requirements, qualifications and application instructions before submitting their forms.
