Syndicate Bank will be inviting applications from young and eligible graduates who are interested in making their career in the banking sector. After successful completion of one year course offered by Syndicate Bank, selected candidates will be designated as a probationary officer/ junior management Scale I. Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates aspiring to be eligible for the position should be eligible for the Syndicate Bank PO 2024. Candidates should be eligible for these Syndicate Bank PO examinations conducted. The below mentioned is the primary criteria one must fulfil for the position:

• A Bachelor's degree in any of the disciplines from any recognized university.
• Candidates must belong to Indian nationality.

2024 Online Application

• With the provisional registration id and password provided through the mail id provided.

• Applicants should attach scanned photographs of sizes ranging between 20 to 50 kb and the dimensions of 200 * 230 pixels.
• A scanned signature of size ranging between 10 to 20 KB and 140 * 60 pixels.

Application Fee

• For applicants belonging to the General/ OBC or EWS category need to make a payment of Rs 600.
• The candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe/ Scheduled Caste or PWD need to make a payment of Rs 100 only.
• Applicants can make these payments using any payment mode such as debit card, credit card, internet banking, cash, internet banking IMPS, or any mobile wallets.

The examination conducted is a three-stage process with a Preliminary examination; the Main examination followed by the final round is the Interview round.

Preliminary Examination

• A preliminary examination is a 60 minutes computer-based exam.
• The exam has a set of 100 multiple choice questions holding one mark each.
• The exam also has a negative marking of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
• It is a bilingual exam conducted in Hindi and English for all the segments except English.
• To clear the main exams, the candidates need to obtain the overall cut-off score and secure the sectional cut-off.

Main Examination

• Candidates who are a part of the general category must secure a minimum of 50% of the total marks to appear for the Interview round, whereas candidates belonging to the reserved category must attain a minimum of 45% of the total marks.
• Syndicate Bank PO results will be released in three stages: - Preliminary exam results, main exam results, and the interview process results.
• It is for the candidates' notice that the ratio of the result is based on the candidate's performance.
• The score was attained in the exam, and the interview process holds weightage in the ratio of 80:20.

• The selected candidates, at the time of joining, will have to execute the loyalty bonus of Rs.5 Lakhs to serve the bank for a minimum period of 5 years.
• The amount has to be paid in parts, that is at the rate of 1 lakh after the completion of each year.

Syndicate Bank PO Salary During PGD Course

The Syndicate Bank Postgraduate Diploma course is for 12 months. Candidates will have to attend 9 months of Classroom course followed by 3 months of internship.

• During the 9 months of the classroom course, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 3000/- and for the next 3 months of internship, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15000/-

Admit Card

• Admit Cards are issued to the candidates appearing for the examination 15 to 20 days before the examination date.
• Applicants can find the admit card on the official website by entering the registration number and the password generated earlier.

• The candidates are expected to download and print a copy of it.

• In Quantitative Aptitude Section, Simplification/ Approximation, Data Interpretation and Number Series.
• In the Reasoning Ability section, Inequality, Syllogism, Puzzles and Seating Arrangement
• For English- Spotting Errors, Sentence Improvement, Phrase Replacement and Cloze Test are the important topics
