The LIC HFL has released a total of 6 vacancies for the post of Associate.

LIC HFL Eligibility 2024

Your application will be judged on the following LIC HFL Eligibility criteria. You need to qualify the following eligibility standards to apply for this LIC HFL Recruitment 2024.

LIC HFL Age Limit Exam (as of 1st January 2024)

• Minimum Age - 23 years
• Maximum Age - 30 years

LIC HFL Educational Qualification

Associate

• Master in Social Work/Rural Management with minimum aggregate 55% from a recognized university. Distance learning, part-time and correspondence degrees will not be considered
• Minimum 1 year with a reputed organization in Project life cycle management, Monitoring and Evaluation of projects, Sustainability reporting in CSR foundations/organizations

Assistant Manager

• You should be a Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
• You should have completed two years full-time MBA/ two years full-time MMS/ two years full-time PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in any discipline from a recognized university/institute/board with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks through a regular mode of study.
• You should have Computer Skills.

Assistant Manager Legal

• A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
• Candidates must also know about computers.

Important Points - Educational Qualification

• Candidates must note that all the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institute/Board recognised by the Government of India/approved by Government Regulatory Bodies. The final result should have been declared on or before 1st January 2024. The date of passing the eligibility examination should be mentioned on the mark sheet or the provisional certificate issued.
• In case, the result is declared on the website, then a proper document/certificate originally issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University/Institute is required.
• Mention the percentage obtained in Graduation/Post Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application form.
• If CGPA/OGPA is awarded, convert it into a percentage and then mention it in the online application.
• While attending the interview, candidates will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority stating the norms of the University regarding conversion of grades into percentages and the percentage of marks scored by the candidate in terms of norms.
• Divide the total marks obtained in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks (in all the subjects irrespective of honours/optional/additional optional subject, if any) multiplied by 100 to get the percentage. Only applicable for those Universities where Class/Grade is decided on basis of Honours marks only.
• The fraction of percentage will be ignored, for example, 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%
• The nationality or the citizenship of the interested candidate should be Indian.

The application process has started for the Associate post. The candidates can apply till 7th June 2024.

Application fee

Aspirants filling the application form for the vacant positions of Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Associate posts are 500/-. Also, the GST will be imposed on the total application fee under this procedure of submission which will be 18%.

• There are several options available while doing the payment of the application charge fee.
• The modes of payment available for the interested candidate to pay the charges are credit card/ debit card (Rupay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/ mobile wallets, etc.

Examination Pattern of LIC HFL

Since the procedure of selection is divided into two stages &ndash Online examination and the second stage is the interview. Then only the candidate gets selected for the applied position or also according to the obtained marks gets allotted the vacant position.

• The question paper will carry the objective type multiple choice and the language that is considered is only English.
• As mentioned earlier, negative marking is there of 0.25 for each wrong answer and if the question is left blank, no marks either will get deducted or given.
• The marks are divided in a uniform way between all the questions.

LIC HFL Interview 2024 (Expected)

Depending upon the number of vacancies, candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in the Online Examination will be called for an interview. Candidates who fail to appear for the Interview or who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview will be disqualified. Candidates will be subject to verification of all details/documents with the original when a candidate reports for the interview (if called). In case a candidate is called for an interview and is not meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official notice, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
