Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or Certificate Course in the related field or Graduation or Post Graduation in related discipline from a recognized University.
- The stenographer should have a typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Candidates applying for driver post should have a Valid HGV /PSV endorsed Driving License
Application
The application fee is Rs. 350/- for all candidates. online mode only.
Exam Pattern 2026
- The exam will be an OMR based Objective Type Questions examination.
- All the questions will be set only in English.
- The exam will be for a total of 100 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer in the marking scheme.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours

- Maintaining the land records of the designated region (tehsil) in the state.
- Maintaining the records of sharecroppers and other land transfers conducted between various parties.
- Supervising all the purchase and sale of the land happening in the area the candidate is posted as a Patwari.
- Maintaining and updating the records of the land ownership of the area.
- Conduct surveys in the areas regularly.
- Supervising and collecting the land taxes of the area.
