Please note that the core of the banking industry is Credit. The bank works on Loans and Advances and the huge chunk of profit of the bank comes from this Credit only. And since this is a specialist recruitment drive, the growth prospects are better. Let us start with Credit Officer.

Right from the start till the loan disbursal and monitoring, the Credit Officer oversees the entire lending process. The initial application and review, analyses and recommendation, the disbursal or denial of the request are all done by the credit officer.
