The Andhra Pradesh Public service commission group-2 is a yearly exam organized by Andhra Pradesh to recruit applicants for its gazetted and non gazetted positions in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
It is organized into three stages the first being Prelims, the second the mains, and finally a personal interview test. The candidates who qualify for all three stages are called for the final selection.
Andhra Pradesh APPSC Group 2 notification is released by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission on its official website. The exam is organized in three phases which include Prelims, Mains, and personality tests.
Around 337 vacancy posts are expected to be declared through Andhra Pradesh APPSC Group 2 notification in the month of February 2024. The admit card for the examination will tentatively be released in the month of April 2024.

APPSC Group 2 Notification
The notification for group 2 APPSC for recruitment of 337 posts will be out on March 27, 2024. The eligible applicants would be able to fill the form tentatively from 1st March 2024 to 23rd March 2024 in online mode at the APPSC official website i.e. psc.ago.in.
By the last week of May 2024, the hall ticket for APPSC Group 2 will be issued by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. The exam would be conducted in June 2024. The preliminary exam results for APPSC Group 2 will be announced by August-end, and then the main examination will be held in November 2024.

APPSC Group 2 Eligibility 2024

APPSC Group 2 Application Form 2024
The applicants who are interested in giving APPSC Group 2 can fill the application form online. The candidates are required to do a one-time registration procedure and then fill-up the form. The aspirants can follow the steps given beneath to fill the form:
- Step 1: Go to the official site ( http://www.psc.ap.gov.in/ ).
- Step 2: After that, the candidate is required to go to the notifications/ recruitment section.
- Step 3: The candidate is then required to click on the APPSC Group 2 notification link.

APPSC Group 2 Application Fees 2024
The applicants are required to pay the application fees for the successful submission of their application form. The general category candidates have to pay a total amount of INR 330, INR 250 as exam processing fees, and INR 30 as examination fees. APPSC Group 2 Admit Card 2024
Two separate admit cards would be released by the officials for APPSC Group 2, one for the preliminary examination and the other for the main examination on their official website.
Applicants would be able to download their admit cards by using the login id and password which was created by them during the time of registration. No individual would be allowed to sit in the exam hall without the admit card.
The admit card would include the applicant’s name, date, and time of examination all of which are to be checked by the applicant in case of any corrections the officials should be informed of.
APPSC Group 2 Exam Pattern 2024
The APPSC is a three-tier exam. The aspirant is first required to appear for its prelims, then the main exam followed by an interview.
The applicants who qualify prelims are then required to appear for the main examination and then an interview is done for the final selection of competitors.

The prelims section of the examination includes three sections each carrying 50 marks. The total duration of the examination is 150 minutes and 150 questions are asked in total. Although there is no negative marking. The three sections of the paper include:

APPSC Group 2 Expected cutoff
The APPSC Group 2 exam releases its prelims and main examinations separately. The candidates who have cleared their prelims would be able to go on for the next round i.e. main exam.

The salary for APPSC Group 2 differs for different jobs. The salary for executive posts and non-executive are as follows:
- The minimum basic pay for executive posts is INR 26,600
- The minimum basic pay for non-executive posts is INR 16,400.
