Program Overview
The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a three-year undergraduate programme offered in online mode, comprising six semesters. The programme is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in commerce while developing comprehensive knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Banking, Auditing and Management.
The curriculum covers key areas such as Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Advanced Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Institutions and Markets, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Products and Analysis, Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management. Students also gain exposure to Financial Modelling, Indian Accounting Standards, Corporate Law, International Business and Entrepreneurship.
The programme focuses on developing analytical, financial, communication and decision-making skills required for professional roles and higher education. Students can learn through an integrated online learning platform at their own pace, while gaining academic guidance from experienced faculty and industry professionals.
After completing the programme, graduates can explore career opportunities such as Chartered Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounts Process Executive and Corporate Sales Executive. The programme is open to candidates who have completed 10+2 in any discipline from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks, with 45% applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

Attendance is not mandatory for lectures but highly recommended. The recording of Live Online sessions shall be made available on the Student Portal within 24 working hours post commencement of the live session. Please Note attending Live lectures also contributes towards the 75% student engagement criteria which is to be fulfilled to enable a student to register and appear for the TEE of a particular subject.
