How to Use
- Adjust the breathing settings to your preference using the sliders.
- Click "Start Exercise" to begin the breathing cycle.
- Follow the visual and text cues to inhale, hold, exhale, and hold.
- The app will track your current and best breath holds and session time.
- Use "Finish" to end and save your session, or "Reset" to start over.
- Use "Reset Best" button to clear all best records.
