How to Use

  1. Adjust the breathing settings to your preference using the sliders.
  2. Click "Start Exercise" to begin the breathing cycle.
  3. Follow the visual and text cues to inhale, hold, exhale, and hold.
  4. The app will track your current and best breath holds and session time.
  5. Use "Finish" to end and save your session, or "Reset" to start over.
  6. Use "Reset Best" button to clear all best records.
Tip: For best results, sit comfortably with your back straight and breathe deeply from your diaphragm.
