Behind every exceptional result lies a story of perseverance, dedication, and determination. For Suratโs Prem Agarwal, months of disciplined study and consistent practice culminated in an impressive achievement: securing All India Rank 3 in the ICAI CA Intermediate examination. He also emerged as the top-ranked student in Gujarat among candidates from his institute.
Prem scored an impressive 490 out of 600 marks, securing an aggregate of 81.67 percent. Earning a place among the top three candidates nationwide in one of Indiaโs most challenging professional examinations is a remarkable accomplishment.
Behind Premโs remarkable achievement lies a combination of eight to ten hours of daily study, disciplined time management, regular revision, consistent practice tests, and a proactive approach to learning. The guidance of his teachers and the unwavering support of his family also played a crucial role in his journey.
Prem believes that consistency is the key to achieving even the most ambitious goals. Sharing his advice for fellow students, he said, โStay consistent, maintain a โkeep goingโ attitude for six to seven months, and you will succeed.โ
His approach to social media was equally disciplined. Prem did not have an Instagram account or use other social media platforms. He relied on YouTube for educational resources and kept his WhatsApp interactions limited to a select few people. He believes social media should be used in moderation and cautions students against allowing it to become a distraction or control their daily lives.
Looking ahead, Prem plans to explore different professional opportunities during his articleship, gain practical experience, and ultimately qualify as a successful Chartered Accountant.
CA Aditya Chhawchharia praised Premโs dedication, proactive learning, and consistent preparation. He said Prem always completed his coursework in advance and appeared for every test conducted by the institute. He also regularly sought guidance from his teachers and stayed ahead of the curriculum by studying topics beforehand.
