Before Course Access: If the course content has not been accessed, downloaded, or utilized, you may request cancellation within the applicable period.
Technical Issues: If you face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the enrolled course, you may request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment. Our team will review the issue before approving the cancellation.

1.2 Subscription Plans: Cancellation of subscription plans is subject to the following conditions:

Within 5 Days: Users may request cancellation within 5 days of subscribing, provided that premium features or services have not been significantly utilized.
Auto-Renewal Cancellation: Users may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent access to premium services, cancellation requests may be reviewed within 15 days of subscription activation.

3. Non-Cancellable Items:

3.1 Certain services and products are non-cancellable, including:

Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed or completed.
Courses where certificates have already been generated.
Subscription plans where premium features or benefits have already been substantially used.
Downloadable resources, digital content, or services already accessed or consumed.

4. Cancellation by EasyShiksha:

4.1 EasyShiksha reserves the right to cancel or suspend access to any course, subscription, or service in cases involving:

Violation of terms and conditions
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Misuse of platform resources or certificates
Any activity affecting the integrity or security of the platform
