Determine the specific SPI pins on your chosen STM32 Nucleo board (e.g., PA5 for SCK, PA7 for MOSI, PA6 for MISO on some boards) and the corresponding pins on your SPI LCD module.

Use jumper wires to connect the SPI pins of the LCD to the corresponding GPIO pins on the Nucleo board. Also, connect the LCD's chip select (CS) pin to a suitable GPIO pin, along with power (3.3V or 5V depending on the LCD) and ground connections.

For some STM32 Nucleo boards, you might use a display expansion board like the X-NUCLEO-GFX01M1 which provides a 2.2" SPI QVGA TFT LCD and a 64-Mbit SPI NOR flash memory along with a joystick.
