"We've Come This Far by Faith" - Frederick's Faith Family Unites to Celebrate the AARCH Society's Heritage Center

FREDERICK, Md., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The African American Resources Cultural and Heritage (AARCH) Society joyfully presents "We've Come This Far by Faith," a spiritually uplifting community gathering to celebrate the opening of the African American Heritage Center. This sacred celebration, uniting Frederick's faith community in spirit and fellowship, will be held Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Hood College Coffman Chapel, 521 Coffman Chapel Drive, Frederick, MD. Admission is FREE; however, a freewill offering will be received in the spirit of generosity and communal support.

We've Come This Far By Faith

Attendees will join Master of Ceremonies Jacquie Gales Webb - a Peabody award-winning producer, performer, and host of the number one Sunday Morning Gospel music program on 96.3 WHUR radio station - alongside local choirs including the Frederick County Mass Choir, All Saints Ringers Handbell Choir, and Hope Christian Fellowship Church's Christian Liturgical Dance Team. This sacred program is designed to stir the soul, uplift the spirit, and illuminate the Heritage Center's mission and the light of its forthcoming grand opening.
