The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) conducts recruitment exams for various officer level posts: Assistant Managers in Grade ‘A’ and Managers in Grade ‘B’. Every year, NABARD invites applications for the post of Manager (Grade B) in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) in NABARD. The selection procedure consists of Prelims, Mains and Interview.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
  • Educational qualification: Post Graduation in any subject from any recognised university with 60 per cent (55 per cent for SC/PWBD). Candidates should have a minimum of 60 percent in Class 10, 12, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels or a minimum of 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, Graduation, PG, and Professional degree (CA/CS/CWA) or a minimum of 60 per cent or equivalent in Class 10, 12, graduation. PG and PhD.
  • Work Experience: Candidates must have experience of three years (SC/PWBD is two years) in related sectors such as Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied, and Rural Development.
  • Age limit: The upper age limit has been reduced. Candidates between 25 and 32 years as of July 1, 2023, can apply for the exam. Candidates must have been born not earlier than July 2, 1989, and not later than July 1, 1996.
