Shri H S Shah College of Commerce, Modasa was established in 1968, under the aegis of ‘The Mathuradas Laljibhai Gandhi Higher Education Society’, as a part of Shri S. K. Shah and Shri Krishna O. M. Arts College. The commerce college is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan, and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India.
