The placement report of SIBM Pune is as follows:
- Numbers of PPO+PPI, Laterals and Final offers: The students bagged a total of 30 PPOs and 48 PPIs based on their performance in summer internships.
- Number of international placements: Reliance Industries and Cummins recruited in large numbers for openings throughout India and abroad. The highest salary offered was 29lpa.
- Salary Statistics i.e. Minimum, Average and Maximum amounts: The average salary stood at 11.61 lpa and highest domestic offer was 19.22 lpa.
- Exclusive/coveted/First time recruiters: First time recruiters included Axis Bank, Cavinkare, DHL Express, Givaundan and Mother Dairy. There were other recruiters like Titan, Honeywell Automation and Goodyear who came back after a hiatus and offered diverse roles across different functions.
- Largest recruiter on campus: HCL Technologies was the largest recruiter with some niche profiles on offer.
- Number of participating companies: The final placements at SIBM Pune saw participation from 84 companies making a total of 157 offers. The number of offers per person was 1.1.
