About Lakshmibai College New Delhi,

Lakshmibai College (LC) proffers courses such as M.A. In Political Science, Bachelor of Commerce(Hons). The institute  was established in 1965. The college has been named after RaniLakshmibai, a freedom-fighter of indomitable will and unbeatable courage. The College celebrated 20th March as its Annual Day with fan-fare. The college , through its affirmative and pro-active approach, has endeavored to uphold the ideals of the institution. Lakshmibai College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi and is well-connected through several metro stations and bus-routes. The college is proud of its red-brick buildings, lawns adorned with trees and flowers, well-maintained sports grounds, staff-quarters, wireless Internet access  under the University Wide Networking Programme, separate Internet connectivity, supplementary audio-video gadgets, two air conditioned lecture theatres, a furnished seminar room, a modern fully automated library using Libsys software, two well-equipped computer labs and an active placement cell.  The library has undergone renovation and now has its own computer unit catering to the students and teaching faculty.
