R.L. Saharia Government P.G. College Kaladera (Jaipur), Rajasthan (accredited B+ Grade by NAAC) is situated about 10 K.M. from Chomu (off Jaipur-Bikaner National Highway No- 11) on the Chomu – Renwal State highway in Kaladera village. The foundation of this institution was laid in 1959 by the renowned philanthropist (late) Rai Bahadur Shri Rameshwar Lal Saharia. His aim and focus was to facilitate higher education for students coming from the rural surroundings.

Facilities
Library
The college library is situated in a separate building open for all with about 51,000 books. There is a well maintained reading room for students and faculty where they may read newspapers and magazines. In the text book section, text books are issued to the students daily. Under the Book-Bank scheme of the library, books are issued for the entire academic session to students belonging to poor and weaker sections and those from the SC & ST classes. The library also has reprographic facility. A separate section exists for storing encyclopedia and reference books. Currently, Computerization and automation of library is on the verge of completion. The Library will also be connected with other libraries for inter-library borrowing in near future.
Lab
For Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Geography and computer education, the college owns separate laboratories where the students may conduct their practical exercises under able guidance of well qualified lecturers. A new microbiology lab has also been developed in the college during 2008 for the students who have opted for a UGC-sponsored career oriented course in Industrial Microbiology.
Games & Sports
The college is striving to develop good sports facilities. A football ground, Volley ball ground, Cricket ground, Basket ball, Badminton and Lawn Tennis Courts and table tennis hall are available in our college in addition to a kho-kho ground and track for all field events. A 200 meter track for races has also been constructed recently.
Knowledge Center
The college is running a knowledge centre with the help of Govt. of Rajasthan. The centre is well equipped with modern facilities and teaching aids like LCD projector, Computer with broadband Internet Connection, Books, CDs and Models. This centre is providing training to the regular students of the college for seeking and looking for suitable employment opportunities.
