Institute of Rural Management, Anand:
Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), established in 1979 at Anand. It was formed and founded with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), the Government of India, the Government of Gujarat, erstwhile Indian Dairy Corporation and the National Dairy Development Board. Spread over a a 60 acre site adjacent to the Anand Agricultural University, the campus is fully residential.
PRM of Post graduate in Rural Management is the flagship course of the institute. It is of 2 years duration and last year the total intake for this programme was 120. The 2013 placements saw a highest salary of 13.50 Lacs per annum.
IRMA has been ranked as 18th In Management Category in 2008 among top 50 B-Schools in India, as per Outlook Survey
