Navinchandra Mafatlal College of Agriculture was established at Navsari on May-1965. The college was affiliated to Gujarat University, Ahmedabad from 1965 to 1968 and from 1968 to 1972 to South Gujarat University, Surat.  N. M. College of Agriculture became the constituent college of Gujarat Agricultural University since June, 1972. Now it is a constituent college of Navsari Agricultural University since May, 2004. The institute has achieved the significant recognition for its high quality of teaching, research and extension. The college has not only provided the trained human resource but also generated several technologies for the benefit of the farmers.
