Training and Placement Department, MEFGI, is an integral part of the institute. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes. The placement cell also provides training to the students in communication skills, personality development, aptitude, computing skills, etc. The cell keeps on inviting various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. It moulds the engineering graduates to young corporals. The cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students. The Training & Placement Cell facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The Cell also organizes Industrial Visits throughout the year to reputed organization to give hands on experience and accelerate the process of learning outside the classrooms. The cell also conducts Pre-Placement Talks as per mutual convenience. The Placement Cell is assisted by a committee comprising representatives of students from all the Departments.
