Kendriya Vidyalaya, Minambakkam, came into existence in May
1972. Airport Authority of India (NAD) is the sponsoring agency and
the Regional Executive Director AAI (NAD), is the Chairman of the
Vidyalaya Management Committee. It comes under Civil sector and
located in the Kanchipuram district of Tamilnadu State. The highest
class in Science as well as Commerce Stream is XII Std.
The institution has grown from strength to strength over the years and
has emerged as a premier institution promoting sound education.
Recognizing its tradition of quality education this Kendriya Vidyalaya
