Being fully aware of the requirements of the companies, the T&P Cell constantly motivates the students towards becoming perfect industry required technocrat. Apart from imparting technical skills, personality development programs are an intrinsic part of their grooming in BMIT. The college has tie-ups with all the major industrial IT giants in its endeavor to send IIIrd year students for training and the III Year and Final year students for jobs. In this regard BMIT has an agreement with the leading Indian IT giant Infosys through its 'Campus Connect Program'. This agreement is one of the first of its kind agreements, the Infosys has done in Rajasthan. It will enable the students to learn the philosophy and methodology employed in Infosys through their specially designed courses conducted on campus. These courses help student position itself in an optimal fashion while getting placed at Infosys.

BMIT has tie-ups with all the major industrial IT giants in its endeavor to send IIIrd year students for vocational training to these top notch companies. This unique industrial experience will allow them to have a hands-on experience on projects and exposure of the environment of the corporate.

The T&P Cell also schedules the annual placement schedule of the IIIrd year and Final year students. Regular campus and off-campus interviews of leading companies in the relevant companies are arranged and the students are helped to find placement, best suited to their skills and aptitude.  Every year BMIT arranges large on campus recruitment by major IT & industrial recruiters like IBM, Wipro to name a few.
