Thirty Five years of experience with Sundaram Fasteners Ltd., in the field of marketing. Seven
years of teaching experience in full time MBA programmes. He has also been the corporate
interface for the students. Has submitted seven papers at International conference in India
during 2004-09.
Dr. Hardik Vachhrajani - Assistant Professor

Dr. Hardik Vachhrajani is Quality Council of India approved QMS consultant. He is Certified Six
Sigma Green Belt, NASSCOM Certified BPO Quality Analyst and examiner for Ramkrishna Bajaj
National Quality Award applicants (Indian clone of Baldrige Awards). He holds nine years of
consulting, training and research experience in the field of quality and innovation management
across South Asia, Middle East and East Africa. He has served more than 200 SMEs as a consultant,
and has personally trained more than 1000 SME entrepreneurs / owner managers / professionals across the hierarchies and industries. He has experience in identifying, designing and executing various programs revolving around the needs of the SMEs. He is credited with several publications in national and international journals. He is empanelled reviewer for IBSU Scientific Journal Published by International Black Sea University, Tbilisi, Georgia and holds various journal and conference editorial responsibilities. He has received research grants from agencies like Swiss National Science Foundation (2008) and European Commission (2010).

Dr. E. Meera - Associate Professor
M.Com., Ph.D. (Bharathiar University)
Fourteen years of teaching and research experience. Served as the Chairperson of the MBA
programme at Amritapuri campus during the first year of operations from 2009-10. Has served
as a University Nominee in the Board of Studies of the Commerce and Masters of International
Business program and as an External Examiner for M.Sc. Finance & Computer Applications
Program of Bharathiar University. Currently a member of the Board of Studies in Business Management Program of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Has published research papers in national and international
journals and authored two books on Investments. Has reviewed books on Investments and Accounting for Oxford University Press and Tata Mcgraw-Hill. Prior to joining Amrita, was a Consultant to Triveni Earthmovers for two years. Has thirteen years of teaching experience at Amrita.
